they laugh, then I laugh ;-)

I wish I am cool, damn care. But I often lose my cool and sometimes even care a lot for anything or everything. But I feel being cool is sometimes the answer to all the questions, raised eye brows which we come across every now and then. I read this quote somewhere, which I find real cool.

They laugh because I'm different, I laugh because they are all same.
Indeed that's called attitude. I come across people who asks me What? You Stay Alone? I just smile and say I like it that way but in my mind I say "cut that crap dude, give me a break". Some so called friendly or social morons ask me What? You go to movies alone ? I again smile and say its fine... I really enjoy it. I know they spend many hours before the movie just calling their so called friends and asking if they would like to go for the movie. These are some of the instances. But, if someone thinks like the title of this post, many unpleasant experiences can be avoided. I see people looking at my vitiligo laden parts with a raised eye brow, and I try to give a damn to it. Its difficult, but I am learning and I know the feeling will be just normal someday. I will laugh at them because I am different, while they are all same. Such a pity ;-)

Karlo Zyaada Ka Iraada ...

These days I am very much fond of the advertisement of Max New York Life being aired in almost all the TV channels. It shows the circle of life.L wants I, I wants F, F wants E and E in turn wants L. This is the circle which acts as a driving force to lead life.
The video depicts a young stylish boy with long curly hair crossing the road. As he was crossing, he sees a man in his stylish bike waiting for the traffic signal to go green. The young boy thinks "If I had a bike like this"... while the man in the bike looks at another man in bike with a beautiful lady as his pillion rider. This man thinks "If I had a girl like this"... at the same time the girl on the bike looks at another lady by the side of the road with her kid. She thinks, "I wish I have a kid like that someday..." and the circle don't ends here. The lady with the kid in turn looks at a diamond necklace in a showroom which was being bought by rich man. She thinks... "I wish I could buy that necklace"... As the rich man comes out of the shop buying the necklace and was about to enter his Mercedes, he see the young boy with long curly hair. He gives a sad look, spreading his fingers over his bald head and wishes, "I wish I had such hairs".... And the circle of life gets a complete round.

I love this advertisement just too much. The plot of the ad is so good and is completely in line with the theme of an insurance company. There is a song which gets played at the background of this ad, the lyrics says ...

Nazar ko kya chahiye, khwab thori zyaada...
Aare khwab ko kya chahiye, rang thori zyaada...
Karlo dil zyaada ka iraada. (2)
.... Aaare re re. . .
Chand mere paas hain, Suraj toh la do zara...
Nazar ko kya chahiye, khwab thori zyaada...

which translates in English as ...

What does vision wants? Some more dreams ...
What does dream wants ? Some more colors ...
So, make mind for something more ...
....
The Moon is with me, Can you get me the Sun ?
What does vision wants? Some more dreams ...

Another Fan of Bollywood...

...very rarely we get to see pictures like the above. It was in the morning time when I was having my breakfast and was just surfing the channels and I saw this. It clearly says that the channel B4U Music uses Microsoft Windows XP Professional as their OS for playing media. They must have enqueued videos into some player, and left the computer idle. So, the screensaver popped up :-) It seems Windows XP is a great fan of Hindi Movies and wanted to enjoy some Bollywood numbers.

Offsite @ Khandala...

Yesterday, my office group went for a offsite programme in a resort at Khandala. The offsite was arranged in a nice and luxurious resort called The Fariyas in the heart of Khandala. We started from Pune at around 8:30 with a stop over for breakfast. Khandala is around 50 kms away from Pune through expressway. We kept busy with presentations and discussions for the whole day with a break for a delicious lunch. Unfortunately, there was very heavy downpour for which we could not enjoy the water park and other outdoor facilities of the resort. The resort had an indoor swimming pool, and some of my colleagues enjoyed the warm water of it. Then we had a small party in the lounge followed by a yummy dinner. The whole day was great feel good experience and relaxation for all of us. Woke up at around 8 in the morning. We had to check out by 12 in the noon. Some of us went for a trekk in the nearby hillock early morning, while I was still under the blanket in the cozy resort room. After breakfast, I along with 3 of friends of mine went for a drive in the hilly roads of Khandala. The lunch was also delicious and finally bid adieu to the resort. It was raining heavily while coming back, I enjoyed the drive in the expressway. All in all. two days were very relaxing, informative and enjoyable. And the beauty of all these offsites are that everything is paid by your employer.

Control the Pests...

Like Cholera or Typhoid, Terrorism or more specifically Islamic Terrorism is such a disease which needs immediate eradication. The problem with this diseases is that the germs stay among us, and hence hard to identify. And the inherent softness which we Indians possess is actually helping them breed. But, its high time that we do the pest control now, else the epidemic will spread more drastically. It has already spread to a great extent and has taken a heavy toll. As we don't want cockroaches invade our houses, on similar lines we don't want these social pests to destroy our lives and property. They live in this country, eat here, sleep here and now because of them our own peoples' lives are at stake. And look at their guts. They email us before doing some inhuman acts and tell us to pay for our sins. It makes me laugh. A real example of insecurity. Their own asses are so full of shits that it will take generations to clean it off. They are in 21st century but want to live lives with so called morals of 8th century. And not only that, those who don't follow it, they call them sinners. Cut the Crap Mann...

The Cowards strikes again...

The God or In The Name of God ... how does it matter? What matters is how many innocent people lost their lives, how many lost their near & dear ones ??? 5 blasts in the capital of the country and we are just sitting and watching. It will again be forgotten as yet another terrorist attack. The scar will only remain in the lives of people who lost someone close to their hearts. They will continue to do such ghastly acts. They wont stop. Does cockroaches ever stop hiding in toilets and spread diseases ? NO. Once again they proved their cowardliness by killing innocent people. I feel the time has come to strike back. It wont help just by sitting at home and writing blogs. Something has to be done, else tomorrow it will be my turn to lose someone/something. One thing which still makes me feel relaxed is that I can walk with my head held high because I can say that I don't belong to that class of people who eat the food of this country, drink its water, multiply here like anything and do treachery to the country itself, where they had born.

A Trek to Lohgad

A random plan, and we started off for a trek to Lohgad. Lohgad is famous for the fort of Shivaji and is in the Lonavla Range. I along with 2 of my friends started early in the morning of Sep 6. Idea was to catch local train from Pune Station, get down at Malavli, a station just before Lonavla. So, we took the 8 o'clock local and reached Malavli by 9 am. From there its around 10KM trek to the top of the mountain where the fort is located. Malavli is also famous for Karla Caves, a heritage symbol, built during the reign of Ashoka. The trek to Lohgad is not at all dangerous and any ordinary trekker like me will be able to make it. It should take about 2 hrs. to reach for a regular trekker, but when people like me treks, it took 3.5 hrs to reach there. We reached the fort at around 12:30. As it was a rainy season it was full of greenery, a soothing feeling for the eyes. Many other groups of trekkers were also there. I was really amazed by the art of construction, the engineers of Shivaji must have followed while building the fort. It was too good and worth going there. We spent some time there, trekked some nearby hillocks, took rest. Breathed air which must be exactly 21% rich in Oxygen. But, I was totally exhausted on my way itself, with pains in legs and multiple cramps. By around 3:30 we started descending down. There was a nice restaurant down the fort, where we enjoyed yummy Maharashtrian food. We reached Malavli station back by 6, took a local train to Pune. We were back in Pune by 8:00. It was a nice experience and a great day spent. Still feel the pain in legs and the joints :-)

Dish TV Outage !!!

Sometimes, I get "302 : Signal Unavailable" message flashed in my TV screen. I called up the customer care and was told that because of heavy rains it happens. But, later I found the reason to be different. hehehe :-)
